Architecture Design And Types Of Drawing

Architecture drawing is considered as technical drawing of building or fall of building which are used by architects to convey their design ideas to their clients .Below mentioned are few step for basic architecture drawing
Set up for sketch plan
Initially decide as a n architect what you need to design or required to edit any design work .Also take care of budget and discuss freely with the clients about it considering technical limits and environment conditions. Preliminary drawings are drawn on trace paper. Trace paper is useful in layers, because you will need to set up guide lines and grid lines to ensure accuracy in your drawings.
Draw a horizontal line
Place two small circles at the ends of the horizontal line. These circles will be called your right and left “diminishing points”. This will become clear as one move forward. Draw horizontal line across trace paper that will represent eyelevel.
Drawing surface
Make a new sheet by putting trace paper over horizontal line paper. Draw vertical line perpendicularly intersecting horizontal line as if you are outside the building it should reflect corner of building nearest to you. Make sure to keep vertical line drawn below horizontal line shorter than above horizontal line because horizon line is eyelevel and building can be made over there much taller as human being are 5-6 feet tall
Shape the building
Remember to bring all lines back to diminishing point and make use of tool named as T square. Add details like “real-life”, these horizontal lines should always return to a diminishing point so that objects look like 3d dimensional.
Architectural drawings are produced for a specific purpose and can be classified accordingly:-
A structural drawing is a type of engineering drawing. This is a plan or set of plans for how a building or other structure will be built generally prepared by registered professional structural engineers and informed by architectural drawings.
A shop drawing is a drawing or set of drawings produced by manufacturer, contractors, fabricator or supplier.
Record drawing/just as build drawing/as build drawing:-Revised set of drawing submitted by a contractor upon completion of a project or a particular job. Historically, architects have made record drawings in order to understand and match the great architecture known to them.
Presentation drawings
An architectural illustrator or graphic designer may be employed to prepare specialist presentation images usually perspectives or highly finished site plans, floor plans and elevations etc.
Survey drawing
Measured drawings of existing land, structures and buildings and their surveys are usually measured and drawn up by specialist land surveyors
