Our outsourcing service model is simple, modular and scalable that provides our esteemed clients flexible and most cost effective designing solution right from inquiry to prototype to final project delivery.At Outsource Creative Works precise on-time service delivery in line with client’s expectations plays the most critical role; to ensure our service quality is maintained at the highest expected level by our clients, we work with a dedicated internal Quality Assurance / Quality Control team. Our QA/QC works parallel with all the departments and ensures highest level of service delivery at all the checkpoints by undertaking regular quality checks and audits.
Our standard service delivery works on five stage process
Clients reach out via our enquiry form (http://www.outsourcecreativeworks.com/contact-us/) or contact number (+91 487 2970 112) or E-Mail (firstname.lastname@example.org) and share project description& material with Outsource Creative Works team in form of PDF, CAD, Sketch & Image file like plans, elevations, character description etc.
OCW team shall review the complete project requirements & deliverables and send a commercial proposal along with timelines.
Once the commercial proposal is approved by client and the Service Level Agreement (SLA) is formalised between OCW and Client; we shall raise the first invoice of 50% payment and initiate the project on receipt of the same. Project at this stage shall be shared with internal development and QA/QC teams maintaining highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.
OCW team shall work on developments and project deliverables & share water-marked final rendering for client’s approval. At this stage we set a direct communication platform for unlimited revisions until our valued client feels satisfied. Our Client may choose camera option and can send us comments about the 3D model; they may also share information to revise the view.
Once client feels satisfied and approves the draft, high resolution rendering will be ready in couple of days. Final renderings are then shared with the client immediately once the balance payment is made.We strongly believe communication is the key to keep track of deliverables in line with client’s expectations; to ensure the same we keep all our senses and channels of communication open for client’s inputs at each and every stage of our service delivery.
