A subdivision developer in US want to develop a site of 110 acres into different plots for residential units and contacted OCW for its assistance in charting out the plots. The site plan along with the contour map was given to our engineers. They along with the client’s team developed this plot plan for the whole 110 acres which will be developed in phases.
